feedback to the Acquisition Specialists, all within a very short time period to expedite the
transaction.
Stabilization
After closing, our team immediately commences improvements to bring the
asset up to our targeted level of service. This does not mean total renovation and many times
entails only cosmetic work to bring the property to our expected placement in the market.

Asset Management
