Nickolas W. Jekogian, III is the founder, President and CEO of NWJ Companies. Mr. Jekogian founded the
company while in college with the purchase of a small apartment building in Center City Philadelphia. Shortly thereafter he

sellers without the help of brokers, and the importance of allowing his employees to participate in the upside. Addressing
these issues became the basis of his business model enhanced by remaining focused on underperforming "Class B" multi-family
properties. Mr. Jekogian has built NWJ Companies into a fully integrated real estate company that owns and operates more than
4,000 apartment units throughout the United States with an aggregate value of over $300 million. With approximately 200
